R-Ketamine

Arketamine, also known as (R)-ketamine or (R)-(−)-ketamine, is the (R)-(−) enantiomer of ketamine. While it's the mirror image of s-ketamine (S(+)-ketamine), R-ketamine is less potent and has never been approved for clinical use as a standalone drug. It is currently being investigated as a potential antidepressant.
